 REGISTRATION PROCEDURE

To register with the conference, please click ONLINE REGISTRATION, and then proceed to pay the appropriate registration fee either by Credit Card or Bank Transfer.

PAYMENT OF REGISTRATION FEES

By Credit Cards: You will automatically get a ticket which will allow you to attend the conference and its activities. The ticket also serves as a confirmation of your registration. 

By Bank Transfer: You can take the option "Reservation" during the procedure instead of paying by credit card. The registration will be be finalized and confirmed once we receive your payment. The bank details are given during the online registration process. Please indicate "VSIB2021-YOURNAME" as reference and send proof of bank transfer to Mr. Phuong Le at vsib2021@sciencesconf.org or nguyenminhphuong.le@avseglobal.org. Bank charges have to be paid at your expense.  

REGISTRATION CANCELLATION POLICY

50% of the conference fee will be charged to all registered individuals who withdraw prior to the registration deadline (30 June 2021). No refunds are available on or after that date.

*Due to the complicated COVID-19 pandemic situation in HCM City, VSIB2021 will be held only in an online format instead of a hybrid format as expected
